Answers to some commonly asked questions.

"How Much is shipping and who do you ship the packages with?"

Shipping is just $4.95 and most packages go through the United States Postal Services.

"How long will it take to arrive?"

Most orders are shipped the same day we receive them. We do ask that you allow 10 days for delivery but most packages only take about 4 days.

"Will a receipt/invoice be in the package?"

NO. Since most of our orders are gifts we will not send any receipt with the amount paid for the gift.

"What will the packaging look like when the person receives the shipment?"

Your order will arive in a plain brown box. then when opened you will find another giftwraped box with a bow, containing your jewelery and a description of that months birthstone.

"What countries do you ship to?"

We primarily ship with in the united states since that is were we are based but we also accept and ship orders all over the world, including Australia, United Kingdom, France and Germany , Overseas shipping will generally add $10.00 in shipping to each order.

"What if I do not want to order using a credit card over the internet?"

If you would like you can order via regular postal mail by filling out our mail in order form (click) and sending it in along with a personal check or money order.
